- Manufacture, setup, tack welding
- Welding activities
- Weld Inspection (MPI + Visual)
- Dimensional Inspection
- Fit Skid Blocks
- Fit Rollers, Apply Grease
- Carry out fabrication of pipe spools

- Hydrostatic testing of spools using calibrated equipment
- Dimensional Inspection

- All mechanical components were manufactured, tested and inspected at Gow’s Lybster Limited’s premises.
Industry Standards

- All NDE to be in accordance with Norsok M101 Tables 5,6 & 7
- Welding Symbols to be in accordance with BS EN ISO 2553
- All protective coatings in accordance with Norsok M501 System 7B
